As our factory focus on OEM/ODM orders, besides normal collections, we are also good at customizing jewelry. We have cooperated with many designers and we turn their sketch designs into real beautiful items.
And even though you just have a picture of the products that you want, we can assist you to create the CAD drawings with Rhino or JCAD, and then provide you the real items same as exactly what you need.

How to place order?
1. Pre-sample Order Communication
Client provide samples or pictures or designs or drafts and fill with the detail information including: material,stone,weight,measurements and other special requirements,etc.
Creation Jewelry Group will offer estimate price,delivery time.
Confirming about the final price and business terms (Payment terms and shipping method).
2. Sample Order
Client place sample order and arrange payment.
Payment confirm, Creation Jewelry Group will email CAD drawing for client to confirm all details and client can request revise the CAD design until everything satisfied.
3. Making Molds
After CAD drawing got approval. Creation Jewelry Group will arrange molds making.
4. Sample Production and Update
Once the mold finished, Creation Jewelry Group will arrange sample production and keep client updated with sample order status.
5. Sample Shipment
Creation Jewelry Group will notify client when samples are ready and email you with photos of the finished samples for confirmation.
If everything confirmed then arrange sample shipment tracking number of sample package will be sent.
6. Place Bulk Order

2. What is your delivery lead time?
For samples, it will take generally around 10 to 15 days depends on the designs;
For small orders, it will take around 15 to 20 days to produce and make delivery;
For bulk large orders, it will need around 30 to 60 days depends on the quantity you order. If you are still not clear about delivery date, please contact us through info@creationjewelrygroup.com.
3. What is your quality guarantee?
(1) If your order arrived and there is quality problems, please contact us within 1 week and we will either exchange or repair for you and we will pay for the freight cost;
(2) If you have defective items during your sales, we will do free repair for you within 1 year from your purchase date and your company need to pay for the freight cost only.
4. What kind of payments do you accept?
(1) Bank Transfer;
(2) Western Union;
(3) PayPal, for small orders and sample orders only;
(4) For sample order, full payment before production. For bulk order, 30% deposit before production, full payment of remaining balance before shipping.
5. What is your MOQ?
We supply silver jewelry and brass jewelry mainly and some other kinds of jewelry as well.
MOQ for silver jewelry is 50pc per design; MOQ for brass jewelry is 120pcs per design; MOQ for other jewelry is discussed and based on different items.
